SAMPLE DINNER MENU

Here are some dishes from our current menus. Everything we serve is freshly prepared in the kitchen and cooked to order.  Dishes marked with a (V) are suitable for vegetarians. Please tell us if you have any dietary requirements or food allergies or would just like something simpler.

If you are staying in the hotel for more than one night, you will see that half of the dishes change every evening. If you would like to know what is on the menu on the night(s) that you will be dining with us, please contact us and we can email you the relevant menu(s).

First Course

Watercress Soup Goats cheese ravioli (V)
Smoked Haddock and Leek Tart Crispy egg yolk, crème frâiche
Smoked Chicken Breast Pea panna cotta, parmesan foam
Seared Scallops Apple & ginger purée, pea shoot salad  (£4 supplement)
Home Smoked Salmon Celeriac remoulade
Twice Baked Blue Cheese Soufflé Cheddar & spring onion sauce (V)

Fillet of Bream Basil gnocchi, tempura squid, tomato fondue
Fillet of “Stone” Sea Bass Shellfish bisque, Jersey royals, crab beignets
Fillet of Beef Truffle mash, morels, smoked bone marrow (£6 supplement)
Fillet of Pork
Braised belly, texture of carrots, potato & cumin croquet
Rump of Lamb Braised belly of lamb, falafel, feta mousse
Smoked Goat Cheese Hazelnuts, salad of artichokes, roasted squash  (V)

All main courses are served with Broccoli

Side Orders Dressed Side Salad, New Potatoes, Chips, Spinach, Savoy Cabbage, Leeks (each £3 supplement)

Two Courses £26.50 Three Courses £34. All prices include VAT at 20%.

We do not make a charge for service; gratuities are discretionary and are shared by the staff.
