Here are some dishes from our current menus. Everything we serve is freshly prepared in the kitchen and cooked to order.  Dishes marked with a (V) are suitable for vegetarians. Please tell us if you have any dietary requirements or food allergies or would just like something simpler.

If you are staying in the hotel for more than one night, you will see that half of the dishes change every evening. If you would like to know what is on the menu on the night(s) that you will be dining with us, please contact us and we can email you the relevant menu(s).

First Course

Jerusalem Artichoke Soup Duck ragu, truffle oil
Smoked Haddock and Leek Tart Crispy egg yolk, crème frâiche

Seared Scallops Black pudding, apple and celery salad  (£3 supplement)

Breast of Pheasant Wild mushroom and chestnut risotto, parsnip purée
Fillet of Hake Mussel and vegetable chowder, crispy shallots
Chickpea Curry Basmati rice, cumin biscuits, mango chutney
Fillet of Beef
 Potato and bacon terrine, spring greens, smoked bone marrow (£6 supplement)
Breast of Duck Red cabbage, duck hash, port sauce
Rump of Lamb Butterbean purée, roasted root vegetables, braised lamb shoulder (£2 supplement)

All main courses are served with Broccoli

We do not make a charge for service; gratuities are discretionary and are shared by the staff.
