SAMPLE DINNER MENU

Here are some dishes from our current menus. Everything we serve is freshly prepared in the kitchen and cooked to order.  Dishes marked with a (V) are suitable for vegetarians. Please tell us if you have any dietary requirements or food allergies or would just like something simpler.

If you are staying in the hotel for more than one night, you will see that half of the dishes change every evening. If you would like to know what is on the menu on the night(s) that you will be dining with us, please contact us and we can email you the relevant menu(s).

First Course

Jerusalem Artichoke Soup Duck ragu, truffle oil
Chicken Terrine Fig chutney, pickled mushrooms
Roasted Beetroot Goats’ curd, pear and walnuts (V)
Seared Scallops Black pudding, apple and celery salad  (£3 supplement)
Home Smoked Salmon Celeriac remoulade, rye bread
Twice Baked Blue Cheese Soufflé Cheddar and spring onion sauce (V)

Breast of Pheasant Savoy cabbage with bacon, fondant potato, bread sauce
Fillet of Stone Bass Cep gnocchi, carrot purée, red wine emulsion

Two Courses £28 Three Courses £35.50. All prices include VAT at 20%.

We do not make a charge for service; gratuities are discretionary and are shared by the staff.
