APULDRAM PARTY MENU £30 per head

First Course

Salmon and Garden Herb Fishcake, pea and dill mayonnaise
Ham Hock Terrine,  cheese scones, piccalilli
Twice Baked Blue Cheese Soufflé, cheddar & spring onion sauce (V)

Main Course

24 Hour Cooked Rib of Beef, horseradish mash, red wine sauce
Breast of Chicken, confit potatoes, mushroom and tarragon cream sauce
Fillet of Hake, charlotte potatoes, parsley and white wine sauce
All main courses are served with the fresh vegetables of the day

Dessert

Vanilla Crème Brûlée, brandy snaps 
Dark Chocolate and Hazelnut Tart, white chocolate sorbet
Apple Crumble, vanilla custard

First Course

Home Smoked Salmon, celeriac remoulade, rye bread
Chicken Terrine, apple chutney, watercress
King Prawn and Avocado Cocktail, lime crème frâiche, granary bread
Twice Baked Blue Cheese Soufflé, cheddar & spring onion sauce (V)

Main Course

Fillet of Bream, crushed potatoes, shellfish bisque, crab beignets
Rump of English Lamb, dauphinoise potatoes, green beans
Fillet of Sea Bass, coriander gnocchi, carrot purée, lemongrass sauce
Roast Sirloin of English Beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, red wine gravy (minimum of 10 guests must choose this)
All main courses are served with the fresh vegetables of the day

Dessert

Profiteroles, toffee crème patissiere, hot chocolate sauce
Lemon Tart, clotted cream ice cream
Coconut Panna Cotta, mango jelly, passion fruit sorbet

CHICHESTER PARTY MENU £45 per head

First Course

Seared Scallops, cauliflower purée, almond polonaise
Smoked Haddock and Leek Tart, quail egg, crème frâiche
Confit Duck and Foie Gras Terrine, toasted brioche and fig chutney

Main Course

Monkfish, crushed potatoes, shellfish bisque, crab beignets
Rack of English Lamb, olive oil crushed potatoes, green olive purée, ratatouille
Fillet of Beef Wellington, madeira sauce, dauphinoise potato, glazed baby carrots (Orders under 8 will have a £2 supplement)
All main courses are served with the fresh vegetables of the day

Dessert

Warm Pistachio Cake, almond panna cotta, roasted cashew nut ice cream
Assiette of Chocolate Desserts
Selection of Local Cheeses Oatcakes, wafers, apple purée, fig and almond cake

We do not make a charge for service; gratuities are left to your discretion.

If your party is between 15 and 40 guests, we will ask you for a pre-order to be provided in advance of the occasion. If your party is more than 40 guests you will need to choose a set menu, with a single starter, main course (with vegetarian alternatives if required) and dessert for everyone. We will personalise the menu, headed with the occasion and the date of your party, for you to send to your guests. We will produce a table plan and place cards for you and if you give your guests a choice, we will write their dishes on the reverse of their place cards.
