Our conference room can be adapted in both size and layout to suit your requirements. We can tailor your catering needs to the programme that works for you and can either serve refreshments in your meeting room or in the lounge or restaurant.

Capacity: Central table for up to 14; U-shape for up to 13 plus a speaker; Open square for up to 16; Theatre-style for up to 25 (plus a presentation table for up to 3 speakers)

Room Hire: Full day £75; Part day £50 (Morning or afternoon or evening)

Capacity: Central table for up to 18; U-shape for up to 17 plus a speaker; Open square for up to 20; Theatre-style for up to 40 (plus a presentation table for up to 5 speakers)

Room Hire: Full day £175, Part day £125 (Morning or afternoon or evening)

Bespoke Refreshments

Working Buffet Lunch: £16 (Finger sandwiches, mini quiches, prawns with chilli dip, triple-cooked chips, basket of fresh fruit, coffee & tea)

Lunch in the Restaurant: £24.50 (Choice of 3 main courses including fish, meat or vegetarian, choice of 3 desserts, coffee & tea)

Light Lunch: Finger Sandwiches & Coffee £9.50

Sundries: Bacon sandwich on arrival £4.50; Serving of Coffee and Tea £2.50; Biscuits £1.20; Danish Pastry £2.50

Delegate Rates

Day Delegate Rate – £39 (Includes room-hire, coffee & tea on arrival, mid-morning coffee with pastries, working buffet lunch, afternoon tea with biscuits)

24 hour Delegate Rate: November to April £150. May to October £170 (Includes all of the above plus accommodation, dinner and breakfast) 

Supplements to Delegate Rates: Bacon Sandwich on arrival – £4.50; Lunch in the Restaurant instead of a working buffet – £6.50
