Seb hails from Normandy and has been part of the Millstream team for the past ten years, coming to us from another hotel nearby. He is the Sous Chef (Second in command) in the kitchen, working with Head Chef Neil to produce all of the food that is served in both the Millstream Restaurant and Marwick’s Brasserie. Many of the dishes on our menus have been created by Sebastien and they are all delicious!
Seb is married to an English girl and they have two lovely daughters who go the the village school here in Bosham and his family are firmly bedded into the local community.
His Gallic charm and cooking skills are a real plus for the hotel and we hope that he will continue to give our food a French twist for a long time to come. Magnifique, n’est pas!
