Neil is head chef and responsible for the Millstream restaurant and Marwick’s. While most of the food Neil prepares is modern British, his passion for Asian cuisine brings an oriental theme to some of Marwick’s dishes. Neil joined the Hotel in 2001 as a commis chef and has been Head Chef since 2011.
