COVID CARE

As a business we have adapted to the current climate and introduced a few changes to make sure we can still deliver the best possible service while ensuring the safety of our guests and staff alike.

Below you will find a guide to explain all the new measures we have put in place to comply with the latest Government regulations and industry advice.

If you feel unwell, please telephone us before you leave home to enable us to adjust your reservation.

Face masks are not mandatory but we strongly advise you use them while moving around the hotel.

Hand sanitiser is provided throughout the property and you will be asked to clean your hands on arrival and at frequent intervals throughout your stay. We can assist with taking your luggage to your room.

The Millstream is operating on a cash free basis, so we kindly ask you to only pay by card. All card machines and bedroom key cards are cleaned and sanitised after each use.

During your stay you will notice that we have removed a few items from your room. We will be placing limited supplies of tea and coffee in your room and more can be provided free of charge on request.

Rooms are now serviced during your stay.

Our bedroom corridors are narrower than 2 metres wide and we respectfully ask you to be mindful of other guests with social distancing when walking through the corridors.

The Sea School Restaurant will be open daily for dinner, with Marwick’s Brasserie open for lunch. Service times are as follows:

  • Breakfast 8.00am to 10am
  • Lunch 12.30pm to 1.45pm
  • Dinner 6.15pm to 8.15pm

All meals must be pre-booked in advance, apart from breakfast. Guests staying on a dinner, bed and breakfast rate will have a £45.00 per person dinner allowance to be used for evening meal food items only; any food items exceeding £45 per person will be charged to the room bill. Any unused allowance will not be applied towards beverages or refunded to the guest.

If you would like lunch at Marwick’s, please pre-book a table with reception during your stay. Afternoon teas can be pre-booked between 3.30pm – 4.45pm and will be served in Marwick’s.

All waiting staff will be wearing face coverings and have been instructed on protocols and frequent hand washing. We will strive to offer the same level of service and friendliness that you are used to but please note that you may encounter a slight delay due to our new procedures, which are designed to keep you and our team safe.

Room service can be organised with reception.

If you would like morning coffee or afternoon tea, then why not try our Shoreside café which is located on the water’s edge in Bosham. Pop-in, our takeaway store in Bosham is also open for coffee, cakes and takeaway snacks.

We have updated our cleaning procedures in line with government guidelines and are regularly wiping all contact areas, such as door handles, remote controls, handrails and flat surfaces.

All of our team members have been thoroughly trained on the new cleaning protocols. You can be assured of the usual friendly and professional service, with less furniture and dining tables for greater personal space and comfort throughout the hotel.
