We pride ourselves on our delicious food and are proud to have been awarded 2 AA Rosettes in our fine dining Millstream restaurant, Bosham, an accolade we have held for many years.
Our Marwick’s Brasserie provides lighter fayre and an alternative dining option if staying for multiple nights. Our bar offers a cosy fireside setting in which to relax with a pre-dinner drink or nightcap. On warm days a door opens onto the lawns where you can sit beneath a sunshade and listen to the chatter of the ducks.
The charming sitting room, with its deep cushioned armchairs, grand piano, large fireplace and tranquil atmosphere, is the ideal place to meet up with friends over an afternoon tea or an aperitif, to play a quiet game of cards or just settle down and while away the hours with a good novel.
Bar food is available from 12 noon until 4.30pm Monday to Saturday and includes a selection of sandwiches and light bites that can be enjoyed in the bar, lounge of gardens.
Whatever your choice, we can assure you of the very best attention and warm, friendly service.

Although a hotel, we very much welcome non-residents for breakfast, lunch, evening meal or a drink. Feel free to drop in just for a coffee or drink and enjoy our gardens or sit in the bar or lounge and catch-up with friends, or read our complimentary newspapers. We do recommend making a reservation for breakfast, lunch or dinner to avoid disappointment. Marwick’s has its own entrance and although is part of the main building, can be accessed from the gardens.

Neil Hiskey is head chef of the Millstream restaurant and Marwick’s and has worked with us since 2001. While most of the food Neil prepares is modern British, his passion for Asian cuisine brings an oriental theme to some of Marwick’s dishes.

For an enjoyable afternoon tea in Bosham you must experience our Millstream Afternoon Tea, complete with a variety of sandwiches, cakes, scones and teas. Pure indulgence!
