Annie Brierley
Hotel Manager
View Annie's Profile
Annie celebrated 25 years service with us in 2021. She first worked at the Millstream as a Receptionist in 1983 for a couple of years, before working elsewhere for eleven years thinking that bigger was better! She had a chance meeting with the General Manager who persuaded her to apply for the vacant Head Receptionist role and she returned in 1996. Since then, she re-trained in personnel, taking over this role in 2004 and eventually became the Hotel Manager in 2022.
She engrosses herself in many aspects of the hotel and particularly loves talking to the guests and looking after the staff.
In her spare time she visits her family in Mallorca and suffers going to the gym most mornings before work.

He spends his limited spare time travelling overseas to gain ideas for our menus (Thai food being his first love) and is an avid gym goer.

She is now studying for CIMA Professional Qualification. As well as the day-to-day finance tasks she is also involved in revenue management for the hotel, and you’ll see her popping up on reception to lend a hand when needed.
Rachael lives in a colourful, eclectic house in Havant with her partner and two chihuahuas, Olli & Otis, and whenever possible she loves heading out in their campervan.
