We pride ourselves on a talented group of chefs that offer modern British cuisine. With two restaurants, guests can enjoy 2 AA Rosette dining in the Sea School Restaurant or casual dining in Marwick’s Brasserie. Both restaurants welcome non-residents on a pre-booked basis.

Sumptuous cuisine
Neil Hiskey is the head chef at the Millstream and has worked with us since 2001. While most of the food Neil prepares is modern British, his passion for Asian cuisine brings a Thai theme to some dishes.
Neil is also responsible for the food at the Millstream owned Shoreside Café and Pop-in coffee shop, both located in Bosham; please do drop by and sample a selection of fantastic lunch items, savouries and sweet treats.
The Sea School Restaurant
Our 2 AA Rosette Sea School restaurant offers modern British cuisine in a relaxed setting with friendly and personal service. The Sea School overlooks our private gardens which together with our lounge, make a lovely setting for a pre-dinner drink.
Marwick's Brasserie
Marwick’s is open daily for lunch and dinner with quality casual dining, in an informal atmosphere. Choose from individual items on the menu or select our fixed price two or three course menu with a choice of three items per course.
