NEIL HISKEY, HEAD CHEF
Neil has been working at the Millstream since 2001 when he joined as Commis Chef and has been Head Chef since 2011. Neil is responsible for running both restaurants, lounge food and providing fresh daily food for our new deli shop, Pop-in.

Federica works in both restaurants and is our breakfast supervisor. She comes from Italy and is passionate about giving good customer service and getting to know our guests.
